I am an active runner and the fact that with the help of this product I can run and listen to music at the same time is greatly appreciated. If your a patient person go ahead and buy it but if you get frustrated easily try another brand. The only problem is that after running for a bit the constant shaking of my arm causes the strap to slide down my arm so I have to constantly adjust the armband.
I hardly ever switch my Ipod out of this case for the leather case I also have. Easy to use, provides great protection, is small and light weight, and can be easily used with or without the strap.
Not very protective, but better than nothing. While it does work very well as an armband, I have certainly had sport bands for iPods in the past that protect the screen and back of the iPod better, albeit as this is a touch, it's rather difficult to protect the screen without hindering the touch capabilities.
Great protection for pocket. The strap works for me walking,moving around generally, and doing machine exercises. Might not feel secure jogging though.
I use it daily to workout. This was a perfect buy, It came earlier than expected.
