The Snug is great for Nano use, especially when running. When I ran with a standard ipod in the Snug it bounced around a lot due to the elasticity of the materials. Buy the Snug for Nano use only.
It is great for holding the IPod during a work out. This is for an older I Pod. It is thicker than the newer ones.
Could have been more description of the product on Amazon, but overall I was very statisfied. Quickly delivered.
This results in the iPod swaying all over the place because the band does not have a wide enough stance and the pouch material is too flexy. That in turn resulted in the stitching coming apart because it moved around so much. I can't even wear it around my arm anymore because of all the jostling, which means I don't wear it at all and I wasted $20. The iPod stays in the flexible pouch fine, but the material the pouch is made from is too flexible and the armband is only held on by a small and narrow piece of bungee fabric. All in all, I give it a poor review. It's fine if you don't move around much (fine if you're lifting weights), but it's terrible for running. This product is terrible.
Ok for the average runner and or jogger. Not really great to use at the gym though. The holder moves around too much not keeping the ipod stationary.
