These drives have worked very well for me, with no complaints or failures. One tip, put all the non-party/event items on first before the day to make sure things are working and save a bit of time. One of the things I often do is user these also as party gifts/favors. Of course there are different types and sizes of drives, and you may need to budget or look at different things, but even smaller ones (even the 512 Meg Kingston) can hold a good amount, even if not the highest resolution images. For larger gatherings, or if you do not have time, put them in little mailers with the Thank You on the drive itself. They are practical since people cane use them for their own things, but you can also (thanks to digital cameras and computers) put images you take at the event right on these, plus PDFs of invites and other information as a memory keep sake.

I purchased 6 of these and every one of them constantly fails in every application I've applied this this on every server and station (Windows, LinUX, Apple).
Just accidentally put my 2-year-old 2GB data traveler through the wash (cold cycle) and the dryer (medium heat for about 15 minutes, when I wondered what the rattling was), and it still works fine.
I love how its fast to transfer documents. I love this product. Its also really cheap too. Its really useful for school. I like it.
