Don't know if the charger is bad or the battery I bought with it, but does not work with my camera and it states for a 712 IS.
The life of this battery when fully charged is the same as AA energizer lithium. Im hoping that energizer will make a better substitute on this. It's a bit Pricey. Im using this battery on my Kodak Z1012 IS.
