Kodak EasyShare C713 7MP Digital Camera (Pink)

The Kodak EasyShare C713 digital camera takes 7.0-megapixel images, and more megapixels give you more freedom to crop, edit, and enlarge the favorite parts of your photos. This camera takes photo-quality, 300dpi images up to 6 x 9 inches, and quality 200dpi images up to 10 x 15 inches. 3x optical zoom magnifies subjects without sacrificing resolution and lets you get close to the action. Additionally, 5x digital zoom picks up where optical zoom leaves off, stretching pixels to make the image look bigger.

Kodak EasyShare C713 7MP Digital Camera (Pink) Reviews

This camera is old stock, two revisions behind at the same price. Had I know this at the time I would have bought the most up to date version.

Very disappointing. Have to try to use it on non-rechargeable batteries for Easter tomorrow. Didn't come with rechargeable batteries or charger.

Bought at Christmas 2008 for a great price. Gave to aunt and other family member. No wonder it was cheap.

Make sure you check to ensure you get a charger and battery. Have to buy a case too. Rip off.

Batteries, you will spend a fortune on them. other than that, it is fine.

The camera is well built, but should have a viewing lens for outdoor use,. as the display screen is hard to see outside in the glare and it sucks down the battery life very fast. On a PC running Windows, the Kodak software is highly intrusive and it eventually clogs up the the computer with background routines that don't need to be running all the time. .

My real problem isn't with the camera, it's with their software. Kodak makes a pretty good camera, but it's priced at least $100 more than an equally capable Sony or Canon, with the same or better features, although only Canon has one in pink. And, their software is particularly difficult to remove (similar to Norton Utilities).

If you choose to buy it, I strongly recommend not installing their software on your computer.

After 1 week of use the screen had a huge 'blot' on it, we had to send it back BIG BUMMER. Please just make products that work.
