Great all around package, with the included rechargable battery, charging is so easy - just park the camera on top of the dock, and walk away - it's that easy. While it's supposed to be for the Kodak cameras, it's odd shape doesn't provide good cushioning for our model. Purchased the docking kit when I realized our new Kodak camera didn't come with a rechargable battery (Duh on my part). Other than that, we're extremely happy with the purchase.
With this unit, again - set it and walk away. It'll plug into either our computers and/or printers and makes downloading pictures a snap too. Don't know why its there, really. A handy feature is the discharge action - the new Li batterries, as well as old NiCads could/should be completely run down every now and then.
It'll completely discharge, and then fully charges the battery. The only thing that doesn't make sense is the included case.
Good kit wish the battery that came with it fit my camera I had to go buy a different one but still happy with the buy.
It came promptly and was just what I wanted. I ordered this for my granddaughter for Christmas and am very pleased with it.
Amazon.com even beat Kodak.com prices. This Kodak EasyShare Camera Dock was a great buy. Brand new and they even shipped on time.
this would be a good product if it came with a way to hook it up to the computer there is no cable to connect from the docking station to a USB or anything
