I have not played it myself, but my son loves it and has played it for hours
I bought this for my 5 year old Son and he LOVES it. I've even caught my Husband playing a few times. Lots of fun. There are alot of characters and many levels.
My son thinks this game is very fun, although he hasn't been able to find out how to mix and match the character parts. He thinks the graphics are really cool (lego bricks exploding when you hit them) and he liked the story mode.
I'm certain everything is fine with this product. The boys, 6 and 9, think it's a great game. It has never been opened because the grandsons already have it and I will purchase a different game as soon as I get them to remind me of the title they suggested.
He had Lego Star Wars I and wanted II. My sister-in-law says he hasn't changed games since he got it.
