This one too gets your heart rate up and burning calories. I prefer longer ones but if you are short on time this one fits right in. I usually burn 150 plus calories in this one and for 25 min that is great for me. Its a great, fast paced short work out. I really like the jogging added to it.
This is my second Leslie video. She keeps you so entertained and doing different movements, it's brainless but not boring. This is it. I really like this. Leslie makes me laugh. The first one I tried is the 4 Fast Miles. Great workout.
She truly cares about 'that person on the other side of the camera'. I sweat for another 20-30 minutes after the cool down. Like I said in the title. Everyone has time and the energy for this workout. LOVE that one for sure but don't always have an hour so I was looking for something shorter but as intense.
I think beginners and moderate exercisers can do this. Go ahead and get it. Warm up is quick and gentle, there are 4 short jogs that don't "kill" you. She's having fun.
She's so goofy but its a fun-goofy. She's the kind of person you'd want to be friends with so I don't find it distracting. Wow. You will sweat buckets but you won't be so out of breath that you can't keep up.
You won't be sorry.
This is a good workout for beginners, only. I like the upbeat group workouts better. I really like Leslie, and I like the caring attitude she projects. It was not at all challenging to me, too slow.
This session of exercise is the best way to get your engines going. After a work-out I feel like I'm on the way to fitness.
Either way, you come out a winner. You just set your own pace.I started working out with Leslie's videos on April 1st, 2008. I'm up to 5 miles now and I love it. What a great thing to be addicted to.excerize. When I started out I could barely get to the end of the 3 mile video.
I went from 2X to size 12. Now here's the best part.I'm 62.I'll be 63 in just a few days and the young girls who work out with me can't keep up. Please do yourself a huge favor and get started walking away the pounds today. I now have 11 of Leslie Sansone's videos and I love every one of them. I'm hooked. She often states that her workouts are not for sissies and that is very true but REALLY anyone can do them.
I weighed 240 lbs. It is now February 24th, 2009 and I am happy.no thrilled to tell you that I have walked away 83 lbs. Or just do it to be healthier. My goal is to lose 100 lbs and I know I will get there.
