The vendor that shipped the product exceeded my expectations for receipt of the cartridges. I was extremely satisfied with the product and was astounded with the delivery of the product.
This was a great price for ink. I have allot of printing with my Pampered Chef job and this comes in very handy.
On close inspection, I noticed on the bottom of the cartridge it had a different letter and number stamped into it than what I was using on the printer. For whatever reason, even though the package was correct, the printer would not accept this cartridge. Even though the price was better than buying locally, the experience was frustrating and time consuming; plus I had to pay nearly $8 for shipping. I returned it for full credit, minus the original shipping cost. However, when I inserted a new black cartridge, the printer would not work and a message appeared "replace cartridge". The Lexmark package was the same as what I've been using on my printer and what is recommended. I could not figure out why it would not work.
This item is just what I expected from Tiger Direct. Buy from Tiger, I think it is one of the best suppliers you could use. I have used Tiger for many years, and rarely had any complaint.
