the quality of this product is average, but enough for me~ Cuz this is the cheapest one, so u cann't complain too much.
Works well enough with a Mac, although the image load time is a little slow.
No issues at all with the merchant. This is a good basic web cam. Got it for my daughter at college and it suits her needs fine.
