Logitech 963335-0403 Precision Plug and Play Gamepad Reviews
All in all great value for money Had no issues (so far) with the keypad. Primarily used it for FIFA. Good value for money. It's made of plastic and so looks a bit cheap but for $10 u cant expect anythin more.
Highly recommended. I use it to play emulated Sega Genesis, NES, and SNES games on my Macbook Pro and I have had no problems so far. The controller feels sturdy and very comfortable in my hands. I've had this controller for a few months and I am very satisfied with it.
I'll have to find another use for it. Not Active X apparently, so it's not "that simple" as the marketing copy claims.
I don't know what happened. For some reason, two of them just stopped working. No driver needed, and it worked well. I bought one of these to try it out, and I loved it so much. Then I bought one for my girlfriend, one for my brother, and another for myself (for multiplayer games).
here's what i advise: beware any cheap gadgets made in china. i bought this controller to make gaming more fun, and was disappointed for two reasons. think twice before you plug it in to your computer. i should have purchased a Joystick, or a Gamepad.
then i heard a podcast interview of a government guy about Cyber Security. like attack web-servers, or hack sensitive sites here or anywhere around the world. 2. i have two programs to protect my computer with no problems.
i used my Windows Vista System Restore and haven't had any problems since. i know china makes everything now, but if its a NEW product, and it hasn't been on the market long enough that i hasn't been thoroughly tested by others, and if its so cheap that its hard to see how anyone is making a good profit on it, except if the product has its own HIDDEN agenda, I WOULD STAY AWAY. 1. he noted an investigation into cheap digital picture frames made in China and sold all over this country. Lesson learned. i removed the controller from my computer and will never use it again. THIS IS IMPORTANT: I BELIEVE THAT THIS GAMEPAD INFECTED MY COMPUTER.
i didn't know why, and it bothered me. about a week or so after i plugged it in, my computer became noticeably SLOWER. the "Blaster" or "Blow Stuff Up" type games i like really don't operate well with this controller. it seems that these picture frames, which rotated photos uploaded from your computer, were infected, no were actually MANUFACTURED, with a secret program which "took over" your computer and made it do things you never wanted them to do. your computer becomes a "ZOMBIE", working in concert with thousands of other "zombie computers" to do malicious things. i had never heard of that, but it made sense.
a slower computer was one of the warning signs.
