Logitech 967740-0403 Internet 350 Vista Qualified Usb Keyboard - Black Reviews
Handle it with care and you will get your moneys worth. This keyboard is meant for regular typing use and not hardcore gaming of any sort. For this price, we should all know what we will get; a well built long lasting basic keyboard for basic use. I bought this keyboard as a replacement for my little cousin. As we all know, logitech is a well known brand that does not disappoint.
Bought this keyboard for my kid's computer - works well - all hotkey buttons work correctly - using WinXP - no software to install.
Good value for the price. The keys sound rather rattlely as you type which I actually like. The specialized buttons are very useful. Some of the Windows hot keys are actually labeled on the front of the key which is also useful. I find that very useful when I want to do a quick calculation. I makes me feel like I am typing at a great speed and accomplishing much. This is a very inexpensive and good keyboard. I have never before had a keyboard with a dedicated button to open the calculator program.
This keyboard is the best deal I've found, except for the keyboard that I bought for $6 that I realized only after using it for awhile, that some of the keys were in spanish (which is kinda novel, and not a big deal, like caps lock is Bloqueo de mayusculas). So much so that I recently replaced my whole wireless desktop with this keyboard and a microsoft intellimouse. some keyboards have a loud clicking response which I used to think I liked, until I worked in a lab full of clicking keyboards back in school. I genuinely prefer a keyboard with a cabled usb connector for my desktop computer use. I also really like the key response. For a living room media center, I could see switching to wireless, but with all of the batteries that I seemingly waste on so many "wireless" electronics that I use on a daily basis, I go through a carton of AA's every month or two. I will definitely use this keyboard as the standard for all my studio machines. These keys have a very deliberate motion, without being too hard to push, and most importantly, I can type relatively silent.
If you need a cheap good usb keyboard, you will have no issues with this one. All of my external computer hardware is Logitech and have no issues with them, except maybe mouse feet wearing out (after a long time of use). I have read before that Microsoft makes software and Logitech makes hardware.and to this day I still believe this.
