Logitech ClearChat Comfort USB Headset Reviews

There is no way I could use or recommend this product. My head started to hurt within minutes of putting it on. The headband is flat on top and presses down on head quite painfully.

Other than that great headset. The only problem I have with mine is, I can not control the volume from the switch on the cord, the mute button works, but not the volume. I have to go into volume control and set the volume level there. The headset for the most part was pretty good. Pain. It was very comfortable, the USB connection was cool.

Product and Amazon service is first rate in every way. High quality and good price through Amazon. Very smooth seamless transaction completed with immediate delivery.

I used to have a cheap headset with microphone that I use to communicate with my coworkers, and they always complained about the static and my low voice despite the fact that I was yelling at the microphone. It's quite comfortable too, as I use it to watch movies for hours on my computer w/o using my speaker. I use Skype to communicate with my coworkers. With this headset, they can hear me very clearly.

Logitech's technical support in this area is about as much use as a chocolate teapot. It looks like they have skimped on materials and the device is very fragile. I already own a Logitech USB headset that has given me good service for a few years, so I when my son needed a headset for use with Skype, I thought Logitech. Most disappointing of all is that the device does NOT work with Microsoft Vista and hence is unusable for us. Compared with my existing headset the build quality of this new one is very disappointing.
