i recently bought a headset and it works great what i like best is it was usb port so it worked better than i thought it would i would recomend this product to anyone who was looking for one, and as usual amazon came through i dont know how return works because everything i have bought with amazon has been great.
These head phones does everything I expected and more. I would highly reccomend the Logitech ClearChat Pro to any one who does not want to spend a lot of money for a headset. I don't think you could buy a better headset for the money I paid for these. I wear a hearing aid and they are excellent with a hearing aid.
3. The USB connector is a bit long - about 2", so it sticks out pretty far from the side of the Mac. 1. But hey, what do you expect for $40. 1.
2. Controls are super easy to use while in a call - easily mute or adjust volume while on a call. My callers tell me that the audio quality is excellent, and I have no complaints. I have not used them for music or gaming, so I can't comment on their performance in that respect, but I suspect that they would be adequate 3.
Inexpensive. I plugged it in, changed the audio preferences in Skype, and voila. Cord is not supple - its thickness indicates that it will probably last a while and be fairly durable, but the trade-off is that it is a bit stiff while you are working at a desk. Easy to use - nice long cord. What I like about this headset:. Bought this specifically for Skype with my Mac and it works wonderfully. Ear pads are stiff. Red light lights up on mic boom while line is muted.
What I don't like:. Good visual reminder (you can just see it while wearing the headset). 4. 2. Sound quality is good. Overall, a great buy, and much easier to use than some earlier Plantronics USB-based headsets I have used (that required their own drivers and settings - bah). it worked beautifully. When plugged into the right side usb port, it interferes with mousing just a bit.
Logitech seems to have the market in these headphones wrapped up and for good reason. Light weight, comfortable and excellent reception.
I decided to keep them. But I actually received the same headset I had before. I bought this headset thinking I was replacing my old one. Wish people would place REAL picture of the items and lie to people. Since I did like the other headset I had just had a small accident with it(box fell on it rather heavy), I didn't get any sound to it after the incident. since I don't like to deal with this kind of matters. But when I received the item, it was to my surprise that I didn't get the item shown or described. and $40 is not going to break the bank.
