Logitech LX8 Cordless Laser Mouse Reviews

Most of them said they got used to the locations, but after month, I still accidentally hit the buttons. I like Logitech products, but I should have paid more mind to the reviewers that had problems with the forward and back buttons. I wish I had gotten a mouse with the buttons up higher and not where the thumb rests. I have a couple of laser mice, now and I don't find any advantage over optical mice.

I loved my old Logitech corded optical mouse. - Pointer does not move smoothly. Very disappointed in Logitech. Resetting does not help. My hand is strained. - Periodically ignores clicks (I click on the left button, but nothing happens). - Had to disable side buttons. I guess this is an example of when more advanced technology does not always mean better product.

I am annoyed at how many side buttons get put on a mouse nowadays and simply want my two buttons and a tilting scroll wheel. I have a Logitech Bluetooth mouse that I was using with my MacBook before I decided to upgrade (or downgrade) to the LX8.

In addition, I was tired of dealing with the occasional bluetooth hiccup hence I went back to old fashioned USB. I have not had the mouse long enough to comment on its battery life.

There have been no tracking issues whatsoever (the mouse is tracked by laser) or any RF hiccups. Overall, a good purchase at a reasonable price.

For work at my desk at home, I needed something that fit my large hand better. It's just like using a corded mouse.

Mac OS Leopard handles exactly what I need without any Logitech bloatware. I put the batteries in, plugged the receiver into my Mac and everything just worked.

Next to the Logitech MX Revolution, this is the best mouse. Its just plug and use, if you're searching for a new, affordable mouse, get this one, its comfortable and easy to use. I love this mouse.

I highly recommend this mouse. This a great mouse, I have a bad hand but with this mouse my hand is comfortable and I can use it for as long as I need to.
