I wish I could return but I don't wanna loose shipping money. So I have to use this fake product. Buy simple one, this doesn't worth for this price. Autho lens is almost not working properly. It gets easily turbid. It doesnt stay fit and strong on laptop.

Only in Windows could two apparently unrelated programs interfere like this. Setup in XP was easy and it worked immediately with Skype. One problem: for some weird reason, the software prevents Thunderbird from updating itself, so if you use the Thunderbird mailer, you must terminate all webcam processes (including the little icon in the system tray) before doing mailer software updates. Picture quality seems good (but this is my first webcam, so I cannot compare to others). This procedure is annoying but not difficult. If the webcam software is running, Thunderbird updates get stuck in an infinite loop.
The quality of the video is very high. I am very happy with this product and would purchase it again. The high quality video feature is worth paying more for. I will be sending this camera as Christmas gifts to a few family members who could use an upgrade.
None compared in quality. The images from this camera are very impressive. I compared this with many other cameras on the web and in the store.
