This is a great product. The design of the receiver is so very considerate. Once attached to the USB socket, you just leave it there. The mouse is very responsive. I love it.
if you are looking for a good laptop mouse, this is the one. Comes with a nice case. Laser picks up all surfaces. Great Logitech product. has storage in the bottom for the USB receiver. Has a tiny USB receiver.
The 2 previously mentioned mice had quite large receivers that were getting banged around quite easily. Neither of the others had one, which probably contributed to the quick death of mouse #1. This is the 3rd mouse I've bought for my laptop in the last 6 months and I think this one may be the charm. I recommend this mouse. (I'm now using it on my desktop PC with no problems though).
My first: Logitech V220 died after a little less than a month. I keep the Nano-receiver plugged in all the time. Another plus is the carrying case that comes with this mouse. I love the Nano-receiver on this mouse. it may cost a little more than the others, but it's worth it in the end having a mouse that works well and is convenient to carry with you anywhere. The replacement: Microsoft Wireless Notebook Mouse 3000 has a HUGE receiver that couldn't seem to make a connection from a distance the length of my laptop.
Not too big not too little. Long battery life too. This little mouse is great size. Is a must for gaming grandma's like me.
