Hopefully your SuperSampler will last through all five rolls. I sent it back to the Lomographic Folks and was pretty promptly sent a new one at no charge. Mine died after only three rolls run through it. You will need to buy your film in five packs, it's that much fun to shoot with.
Nice Folks, Nice Camera. This little critter is a Blast. Catalog under "insane fun" department and keep an eye out for a used one ($50 for the new ones, Ouch).
The thing feels like it could snap and break. Btw, be careful of the pull that winds the film. This camera is so much fun. The pictures come out so interesting. it's a toy. The quality is not that great but that's ok. I suggest using a lot of natural light and a faster film speed. Other than that, an awesome alternative to photography.
WTF. Doesn't seem like it's worth more than $35 to me. From the reviews I've read it sounds like it's not the most reliable and well made camera, more of a fun novelty item. 50 bucks. Looks like I'm gonna have to take it off the wish list for my birthday that's coming up.how dissapointing. come on Amazon. This item went from $35 to $50 overnight.
This is the only thing I feel it is not good. It is fun, it looks usual, it is cool.I get lots of fun in it. The only thing I'm gonna point out is the texture of the surface, too easy to get dirt on it, I bought 3 weeks ago, it already looks like I bought for 6 month.
I've had lots of fun with it and gotten some really good photos. So I have three nice shots and one that is really bright. My only complaint is that on my camera one of the four lenses always over exposes the shot. I agree that this is a really fun camera and it allows for a lot of happy mistakes. I guess I'll order another one and get a different color too. Part of me kind of likes this and I use this problem to my advantage to make some interesting photos, but I would like to have another supersampler that doesn't do this as well. However, the people at my local photo-mat think I'm crazy.
