Major League Baseball 2K7 Reviews

Very good game, My Sn leved it, but personally, I think it needs more detail or interactivity, the screens of the DS should be better used at least in this game.

Whoever designed this game has probably never played baseball, and has certainly never played it on any console at all. Throwing to bases is difficult, manual fielding's nearly impossible (the ball moves too fast for Superman to track it), and even their choices for "Legends" will leave you scratching your head (Devon White. Are you kidding).

Where to start. Even the Atari 2600 game had more oomph behind it. Don't waste your time or your money.

Terrible, terrible, terriblethis game is worse than GBA baseball games made 5 or more years ago. The graphics look good until they go into motionyou've got to swing at a pitch before you can even tell where it's going, to say nothing of setting where you'll swing in the zone BEFORE the pitch is thrown. There's no season function (you can only play exhibition games, playoffs, World Series, or Home Run Derby), which is the mode everyone I know wants to play.

This is the worst GBA game I have ever played. It has nothing going for it - yes the rosters are updated but every player looks the same (awful). Gameplay is jerky and the graphics are extremely poor. I couldn't even finish one inning before shutting it off.

Not to mention that there is only one stadium, yes one stadium, to play in. MLB 2K7 features every single bad element from the DS, making this one of the absolute worst games to pick up for Nintendo's stalwart handheld. All of the players look exactly alike regardless of the team (how can the Yankees not have pinstripes.

and the fielders move slower than molasses in the winter time. It's been a while since we had a licensed MLB game on the GBA (let alone a good one), and if you played MLB 2K7 on the DS, which was possibly one of the worse games ever for the system, and thought you'd get a different experience on the GBA, you are dead wrong. Avoid MLB 2K7 for the GBA at all costs, and send off your GBA with some dignity.

If there's one good thing to say about the GBA version of MLB 2K7, it's that the player models themselves look pretty good in the catcher's view (and actually better than the DS version), but that is the only positive thing to find here. Blasphemy). The pitching and fielding mechanics are a joke to say the least, making it a wonder how this game ever passed quality control.

First of all, there is no season mode, which alone is inexcusable to say the least.
