by a long shot This is, as it says the OEM, which is directly from Microsoft which works superb. Highly reccomended, cheaper than most places. I am very happy with this and trust me you will be too.

I ordered this thinking it was the right version for my Xbox 360 and got a differant international one, Watch out you might be buying the wrong version for your Xbox and fry it so i would say check what you buy first or go alittle more to get exactly whatchu want.
