-Easy to relocate, just lift the tabs on either end and it pops off. please offer other colors (e.g. -The light color on a white surface could be a con for those with bad eye sight. Con:. Buy more than one. Pro:. -Leaves no scratches or other permanent marks. -Big, beefy handle is easy to grab.
black or yellow). sorry if this is picky, but it is true. -Effective, large suction cups, holds a surprising amount of weight once attached. -I could see the release tabs being problematic to lift to release the unit if you have arthritis in your hands. we bought two. -Personal pet peeve: the aqua color of the tabs is ugly. -Inexpensive. Bottom line: highly recommended.
I sprained my knee years ago and it is still difficult getting out of the tub. You may have to attach and detach it a couple of times to get the right height and postion. But it is worth it. I attached the handle to the wall at an angle and use it everytime I get out of my bath.
The grips provided her with security from falling in the shower. We purchased two of the item Mommy's Helper Safer Grip 11.5" for use in visiting our son with my elderly mother. Used only to steady herself, the grips remained in place and could easily be repositioned prior to the shower and/ or removed at the end of the shower. We are very pleased with this product.
Great product - eliminated need to permanently modify bathroom for elderly relative's extended visit. Held in place exactly as claimed.
I have a medical problem that makes it easy for me to lose my balance. I now have something to hold on to so I can steady myself. I know some of these suction grips lose their grip after a short period of time. I put it on my shower wall (ceramic tile,) flipped down the tabs and it was on GOOD. This is only my 2nd review.
I have been afraid I'd fall in the shower; especially since I'm alone a lot. I'm so satisfied with it, I'm ordering 3 more.
I had my husband pull on it and it held firm. But the suction cups on this really do suck.
(One each for my handicapped sister, elderly mother and mother-in-law).
I got this item and it has made a world of difference. It's been over a week and it's still stuck as tightly as ever.
