Problems started within a week of purchase. A piece of junk waste of money cute but useless.
The Telephone has cute ring sounds etc. I guess Motorola just produces alot of junk. but doesn't function well. I tried to turn the dial feature from Tone to Pulse and that didn't help either. I wouldn't recommend anything made by this manufacturer I can only dial calls if I put the Telephone number in first then turn on the phone.
What a disappointment. I I turn on the phone and proceed to dial anything the phone doesn't work. Liked its looks and thought Motorola would be a good make. I have also owned Motorola Cell Phones and the Quality with them also stink. I own the Motorola Disney Telephone.
I've had mine for over three years and it's still on my home office desk. Whimsical but functional, it does all that I need and has been as reliable as any other I've had.
phone get disconnect when leaning on shoulder/ ear. whoever designs this phone should be fired. end up my baby loves playing w it. have to recharge the phone after each call. delay ringer. low volume. caller ID always shows miss call even it was already answered. bad product.
Looking to purchase another one this year - keys beginning to stick - however this happens with most cordless phones over time. Excellent range and reception. An excellent phone for the price. I purchased this phone three years ago as a Christmas gift for my 21 yr old daughter. Loves the style and ring tones. She has been very pleased with its performance.
