Nancy Drew: The Phantom of Venice
In the most exciting adventure yet, players will work to uncover the mastermind behind a series of unsolved thefts that have taken place in Venice -- one of the world's most unique cities known for its interlocking canals and sleek gondolas. In the 18th installment of the award-winning adventure series, the Italian police have asked Nancy Drew for help in unraveling a crime ring that is threatening to steal all of Venice's priceless artifacts. Assuming the role of Nancy, players arrive in Venice during Carnival and begin taking on a series of challenges, including an undercover spy mission for the Italian police. Along the way, players must take advantage of the unique Venetian culture such as learning the language and navigating the transportation system (gondola or walking) to accomplish the mission at hand. As the game progresses, the masked thief becomes bolder and players will need to correctly identify the phantom before he or she goes too far.

Loved this game. Looking forward to the next one. We love Nancy Drew and have to have the games as soon as they are released. This one was no disappointment. If you are a mystery fan and like a good story to your game this is the one for you It was Great.
You only see the Phantom once during the whole game, which is very disappointing to me as I played the game. Her Interactive really put a lot of mini games in here and some cool little hidden things to do also. But overall the game play was wonderful as usual. So even though you only get to see the Phantom once the game, overall, really is GREAT. I love Nancy Drew games, but I found this one to be lacking in the Phantom department.
The graphics are wonderful. Story line was good. The adventure was lacking. The excitement of "mystery" just wasn't there. This is still fun and i am anxious for the next one. This was fun but it was short and not as challenging. The last few Nancy Drew games are "missing" something. Maybe I am just spoiled from previous games.
This is the first Nancy Drew game i didnt have to used hints on lol. But theres a lot more to in this game than any of the other ones (i think)plus ive actually gone back to replay it so as to gain all of the awards at the end which is indeed a challenge. If you loved the last edition then you'll LOVE this one just as much. Im not saying that it is easier than any of the others cause it was a quite difficult at times.
I've never come accross a game I was disappointed in. I really enjoy the Nancy Drew PC games.
