All you pokemon fans out there should be happy to hear there will be 2 new pokemon games for this system Pearl is just one of them. Ive seen previews for games to be released and lets just say all you n64 fans will be getting a bunch of flashbacks from the good old days. I plan to get one of these very soon with all the bad reviews its getting from the playstation fans NINTENDO Fans should be glad to hear its being very highly even from the xbox crowd. With the Dual screens,stylus, Stero sound system, pictochat, and wireless gaming this is one Heck of a game system.
buy this game system with ashphalt urban gt. the games rock and pictochat is awesome too but a few bugs like you can't go that far but no wires holding you back. this thing is awesome.
It is plagued with defective pixels in the LCD screen (they say all LCD screens have this defect, but the two DS's in my apartment do not suffer from this) and the PSP als has a button that doesnt work right all the time. The design of the system is very attractive. I feel the system should have included Mario 64DS as a standard accessory. I shuttered and attempted to take it from her for the sake of the machine, but then I thought "Hey, it's a Nintendo product and is going to stand up to cheesecake or whatever else gets on it." And I bet you it will, too.
People WILL stop to see what you're playing with. I have one, and my girlfriend also has one. Worked like a charm. I miss those days. Our apartment is pretty much set up with all the rooms in a straight line. that's when the connection was broken.
We tested this wireless function and it is pretty powerful. When closed the DS is still small enough to fit into most jean or jacket pockets. so i went to the front room and she went to the back and we fired those suckers up. Other styluseses wont fit in the back of the DS though. Get the DS, save yourself the money that would be wasted on the PSP.
This past Sunday, i was at Easter dinner and my little cousin had her DS out. Here are my 2 cents worth. I scribbled a note to my girlfriend, sent it wirelessly via the magic of the DS to tell her to shut a door on her end. You see, the DS is WIRELESS multiplayer. Not being satisfied with that test I went and closed a door between us. The graphics are better than a Nintendo 64 or Playstation 1 and the dual speakers really pack quite a punch. She was eating cheescake with her fingers and using her bare hands on the touch screen.
Sound is beautiful and in stereo. The DS is light weight, highly portable, and fairly sturdy. The square button is too close to the screen on the PSP and will not work right. However, I merely took 3 steps in her direction and my username instantly popped back into the chat room. Remember the good ol' days when a system was packaged with a game. They may be shocked to discover that you are not just playing with yourself like you normally are.
Don't be fooled by the hype around the PSP. Peace. Still worked perfectly. The stylus is a little too small for adult hands, but you can easily use any stylus you like from other portable computer things.
