If you have a PDA, and an SD card slot; this is a must have. Is easy to load on to most PDA's, easy use, and most importantly a big help. I love Palm Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary and Franklin Thesaurus; it is the perfect tool to have for tech savey people like myself who do alot of typing, weither it be an email or typing a letter.
This thing is great. The format doesn't allow you to copy and paste both books on a separate SD card, so you have to keep them both with you. The only bad thing is that I also have the encyclopedia. It comes in real handy when there's no internet connection.
Of the Thesauros and Dictionary,the last do not work properly. Some times the software are not loaded and frequently block the entire device.
However, once you reach high school age, this dictionary is worthless. Instead, one must remove your card and install the one that came with the product each time you want to use the dictionary. Too bad the much more advanced Merriam Webster Dictionary is so unuseable. Handmark's Oxford English Dictionary allows you to install without requiring its own dedicated card. This would really be a great dictionary if the company allowed it to be installed on one's own SD Card. There are few words more than 2 syllables long in it.
Easy to use, but cannot reference the dictionary when in another program which limits its use. A very good dictionary & thesaurus otherwise.
