PalmOne P10914U Games Essentials Card Reviews
I highly recommend this one. The random generation of the different tile layouts is perfect to keep you challenged and entertained. I love the game and have quite a few variations, but this one is the very best. I purchased Games Essentials for one game Shanghai. The graphics are clear, which is very important on a small-screened Palm device, and the game is easy to play.
I play every nite. Love it. Definately recommend it. Bought this item just for Atum game.
The other games seem fine but if I pay for twelve games and NOWHERE does it state that some games are trials I should get twelve games. One of the reasons I bought the game was because I enjoyed the trial version of shanghai. I was so P.$$&@ when I found this out. I have read the reviews here and no one seems to point out that seven of the games are only trial version that need to be paid for again in order to use them more than 15 or thirty days. Of course the version I just got was also a trail so it would not work.
I bought this card mainly for SimCity on my Zire 71. And the full manual is downloadable for free from the developers. My children have played the other games on my Palm and they work well, too. First of all, SimCity works surprisingly well, including the animations, just like the original version on my old Mac.
First of all, in ~30% of cases it crashes my Tungsten E. I bought this card more then a year ago. Secondly, the games are not that much fun. SimCity is EXTREMELY limited and not enjoyable to play at all. Overall I'm not impressed, and wouldn't buy it again. Honestly, I have more fun playing games I've downloaded for free. Final annoyance - the card is slimmer then a regular SD so it slides off easily from the slots of the hardcase making it easy to lose
