I have been using this phone for about a year and I have had issues relating to inadequate battery charge. The phone has some great features and I brought the phone for the same. The battery life is the deal killer.
A system working on battery needs to support the system with good amount of charge at the minimum.
My handset does not work although it says it is completely charged when I pick the phone to answer. I end up loosing a lot of incoming calls as a result. I regret with my Panasonic purchase and I have always used Panasonic cordless phone.
Random dropped calls. Calls drop if you press any button like speaker phone. The phone would ring and the handset near your would go blank, then you have to sprint to the other rooms to find the next handset. It is joke.
Contacted the seller (Ace Digital Photo), they would only accept returns within 14 days. The problem is this problem occurs randomly to figure it out by 14 days. Amazon customer service is euqllay unhelpfull. Panasonic want me to ship this in and they will send another refurbished unit in 7 days!!
I had the older model of Panasonic for years and have never had this issue.
I've had this phone + 4 handsets for over a year now. Too many dropped calls. Phone rings, and the handset nearest to me completely "shuts down", sometimes before I answer and sometimes after I hit the "Talk" button. My other Panasonic phone, which is not a DECT (it is a 2.4GHz phone) does not have this problem. Looks like quite a few users have this issue.
I can't trust to take calls on this phone since the call drops are random in nature.
These phones don't work. I have 3 of them. They don't hold a charge (if you can charge them) and the signal is horrible. Don't waste your money or time on this phone.
I ordered the Panasonic KX-TG9334T Cordless Digital Answering System. This system comes with 4 handsets. I received this system from Ace Photo Digital, only it was a Panasonic KX-TG9333T with 3 handsets with an add-on handset, the Panasonic KX-TGA930T. The problem is that the add-on handset does not match the ones that come with the answering system. The add-on handset, the KX-TGA930T, has black buttons, whereas the ones that come with the answering system have clear buttons. This can clearly be seen from the packaging. The handset that comes with the answering system is a Panasonic KX-TGA931T. I am returning the answering system for a full refund. I don't appreciate the substitution, but Ace Photo Digital is taking the product back at their expense and has said they will refund my money.
I guess the lesson here is that the add-on handset marketed by Panasonic DOES NOT match the handsets that come with the answering systems. If you don't mind the mismatch, then okay. If you do, then you need to order a complete system up front.
