I went with this item based on previous reviews. When I got it, I was very happy with the quality of the sound. However, when I put it on this morning to get on a call, the headband snapped in two. Today is exactly 6 months since I purchased the headset.
Virtually every other brand of headset I tried was too low. I simply could not hear the other party. This set works. The headband is a little tight but at least they work.
this was a great inexpensive investment for our office. The office member who uses it daily even wants to buy one for home!
The microphone could have a louder volume, but it works just fine. Excellent value for the cost.
I agree with so many of the reviews that said this was a great value for the money. It has clear quality sound and an excellent microphone. My wife loves it.
