The product is good but the instructions not easy to follow for someone who is in his 70's.

The answering machine is simple to use. It is lightweight and easy to use. My son loves the ergonomics of the handset. This one does too, but it has a larger range. My electric co. had previously replaced my phone w/ an earlier panasonic model with that system, and it worked fine. I purchased this for the FHSS system which eliminates interference from the transmitter on my electric meter.
very good phone audio very good answering machine is excellent a bit confusing to program need to study the instructions for awhile but in all a good phone :)
Works well, no interference. I would recommend it. It also has a lot of features. I haven't had this phone for long but, so far it seems like a quality phone. The digital answering machine works well too. Great quality, great price.
