We have nothing but high praise for this phone. Panasonic sold this phone to us. It's a 5 from us.
I haven't been able to find one. One broke.
Lights up, rings. It just stopped working.
That's unfortunate. none of the buttons work.
If you want to take a chance that yours won't break, by this. How do you get a replacement.
I would have given it 5 stars otherwise.
as usual Panasonic is great,we are happty with all the features and range.
I'm still looking for a new wall mounted phone though. So now the phone is in the den, on the table and works fine. Unfortunately, the phone sticks out a lot when wall mounted and everytime someone walked by they bumped into it. Phone is great, no problems, but I bought it to replace the wall mounted cordless in the kitchen.
I highly recommend the phones. The phones are much lighter weight than earlier models which makes them easier to hold. I like the extra features the ability to have different rings, sounds and color lights associated with people in the contacts. The reception is great and the phone was easy to program. I have owned Panasonic phones for years and been happy with the quality. So now I have 4 headsets throughout the house. After reading about the phone on Consumer Reports and these reviews, I purchased this phone for the kitchen wall and also the model with an answering machine for another part of the house (Panasonic KX-TG5452M 5.8 GHz DSS Cordless Phone with Dual Handsets). I wanted to upgrade to the 5.8 Ghz and have a phone with multiple headsets.
