Panasonic Dect 6.0 Expandable Digital Cordless Answering System - 4 Handset System (KX-TG9344T)
The KX-TG9344T DECT 6.0 Expandable Digital Cordless Phone with All-Digital Answering System lets you move freely around your home with long range and amazingly clear sound. It also assures greater protection against eavesdropping for all your calls. Operating in the 1.9GHz frequency range, your phone will not conflict with other wireless devices such as computer routers, wireless keyboards, microwave ovens and other common household devices. Now you can program each handset to ring at your discretion. Before going to sleep, simply set the bedside handset to Night Mode so that it won't ring in your bedroom. In the meantime, the handset in the den will still ring when that important call comes in, without disturbing the person who's sleeping. Now you don't have to be holding the phone to see who's calling. Using text-to-speech technology, the Caller ID information is announced between rings. The KX-TG9344T also boasts a talking alarm clock that will tell you when it's time for lunch, and a talking battery alert that politely tells you when your battery is low, with a "please charge phone" reminder. The Light-Up Indicator with Ringer Alert at the base of the antenna will flash quickly to show that you have an incoming call, and it will flash slowly to let you know you have a new message. So turn off the ringer and never miss a call. Panasonic Dect 6.0 Expandable Digital Cordless Answering System - 4 Handset System (KX-TG9344T) Reviews
The setup of the Voice mail to auto dial is really nice. I really like these phones because I use a lot of the features. The only draw back of these phones is the tunnel effect that happens on some calls. The night mode to stop the ringing on a desired phone is very useful. I like the talking caller ID a lot. Having the phone book available to all the phones is great too.
Would recommend this phone set as a definite"BUY". The computer generated voice and pronunciation leave a little to be desired but is still a good feature. H.L from Rhode Island We purchased the Panasonic phone system about a month ago and are very pleased with the features and more importantly, the performance of the phones. The four handsets are conveniently scattered about the house and the audible caller ID prevents us from having to look at the phone to know who is calling.
I don't have to remember to turn it off every night and back on in the morning. When the batteries died on my old phone, it would have cost me more to replace them than it did to buy this new phone.
The handsets also use standard rechargable batteries that can be purchased anywhere if needed. You don't have to enter numbers into each handset.
I have walked around outside the house for some distance and have yet to drop a call. Clear reception over a long distance.
My only complaint is that I need to check the instruction manual to make adjustments in the settings, but I guess this is to be expected in a phone with so many features. I also love the way the phonebook is shared by all the phones.
The scheduled "silence the ringer at night" feature is great. The manual is clear and easy to understand.
Fortunately I read the reviews of a competing product that I almost purchased. This phone system is great in all respects. I read the reviews of this Panasonic phone system here and purchased it instead and I'm glad I did.
The phones are a really great improvement to our Panasonic 2.4 GHz. Great value. When we are far enough away from the phone (usually in the garage and cannot hear the voice caller ID, we do know if it is one of our children calling by the ring tone. We especially like the ability to identify some callers with different ring tones. No interference and great sound quality.
