First of all Amazon shipped my product so fast I all most fell over. The product was perfect. It had all the necessary characeristics required for my needs.exactly reproducing the same as my original phone system. Emilie Marie Blake I am very happy.
I then discovered that the main phone was no longer available. Once the error was discovered, I attempted to order the main phone that goes with it. Item was ordered in error as a cordless phone.
When my Uniden went up and I could not replace it I was frantic.I wanted a phone that could easily be programmed and was pleased to find that this phone has it all.It was also easy to set up the second phone and most important (the Uniden was not user friendly to set up ) I can add or delete items without having to find the booklet to refresh my memory.It is all that simple.And simple is important to me in this hectic time we all live in. This is the most user friendly phone I have ever purchased.
I really like the system. I purchased this phone to expand our current Panasonic system to its maximum of four. It is easy to transfer calls from one unit to another, if desired, instead of just putting them on hold. While the pronunciation isn't that great, I like the verbal caller ID.
It has a lot of great features. Even with the not-so-great pronunciation (which obviously varies depending on the spelling of names), I can usually tell who is calling without actually going to the phone. I do wish that the keypad would light for nighttime use. Also each unit (and the base) can "call" or page other units by their unit number.
It has several other nice features and options. Each unit (such as this KX-TGA600M) has a speakerphone and hold.
I like it. This phone is well worth the money. You can add a ring tone to a phone number and know who is calling you. This cordless phone works great. the Phone is very user friendly. The speaker phone is very clear and easy to understand. It has a few different ring tones in it.
