The sound quality both received and transmitted is very good, and the anti-echo provision is very well done. No separate software needed (at least on XP); plug and play. The unit is sleekly designed and quite portable (not negligible in weight, but compact and light enough to take everywhere). For video/audio conferencing over IP, this is a great tool. In particular for videoconferencing it is nice not to have the 'headset look'.
We tested other products and this one is the best. We use this product in our conference room and at individual desktops for audio/video conference calls.
