I have had paper books packed better from Amazon, and am disappointed that they didn't do a better job with this piece of delicate equipment. Seems like they could have packed better. Battery has only about half expected life, but it is out of the box now and most likely they will not take back. SanDisk Sansa c200 Series Replacement Battery This arrived in a slighly insulated package (small bubble pack) and the package looked like it had been run over with a truck - black tire marks, or marks left by the automatic sorting machines.
