He took the time to show me how to use it. A great value for the money - bought it for my 7 year old grandson, and he has no trouble using it.
I received the item in a timely fashion and it was just what I needed.
I do like the product, but.the clip is hard to use and very strong. I do still use it, but in my pocket. Its hard to use and in doing so I broke the clip from the top of the silicone. It riped away from the silicone.
I tried everything that I could think of to work around it including backing in from the next track and talking to the number given with the player. Right away I noticed that I couldn't fast forward more than 30 minites before jumping to the next track 80 minutes away. Be sure and get the skin to protect it. I sent it back and bought a Samsung YP-K3JQB/XAA, which I and my library downloads love. I listen to Books-On-Tape and digital downloads from my local library. I bought this player specifically for the library downloads because it is very specific about the wma content.
this was a starter that i got my 14 yr old, and he mastered it and loved it, he has since upgraded to a higher grade of player.but it was a great started, it has now been passed down to my 10 year old.
