Bought these so I could skype with my ipod touch. So far they have worked great for that, but I dont use them everyday for listening to music. Very comfortable and great price.
I really liked the fit, feel, and sound quality of these headphones. However, the first set stopped functioning when one of the earphones stopped working. I liked them enough to buy another pair, and again, that pair had the same problem. One earphone stops producing any audio. I switched to a set of VModa and have had no problems. I have never had this happen before with any other headphones. It's too bad, because I really did like them.
I bought this because I thought it would have a better mic than the one that came with my iphone. Unfortunately it is worse. Everyone I speak to always says that I am cutting in and out for some reason so I always have to unplug and directly talk into my iphone.
One the flip side, listening to music has never been better.
But I wish the mic worked. I don't think I would have bought this if I knew. I don't recommend this at all.
This headset is compatible with the Google Nexus One.
The mic button toggles play/pause in the music and video players.
Click the mic button to answer a phone call. Click again to toggle microphone muting. You must use the screen control to terminate a call.
The headset works fine with Fring, but you must use screen controls to initiate or terminate a call, or mute the microphone. While using Fring, the mic button toggles music play/pause.
I want in-ear headphones with microphone and remote for my iPhone. This isolates outside noise very well. I used to play the volume on my standard iPhone earbuds at 100% and there was still a lot of ambient noise while driving. With these Sennheisers, I play the volume at 40%. It preserves my ears. And, the sound quality is great. Good bass. Plus, if a call comes in, I can click on the remote on the cord and accept the call without taking my eyes off the road. Hopefully, they will last a long time. The wires are thin and I hope they don't break easily.
