This game is worth new or used. This game I liked alot, because it takes a while to beat, but not extremely hard. Not only can you do story mode, but you can do challenge mode and battle mode which you can do with someone who also has this game. There are 5 mini games that you need to unlock that don't require more than one Sonic Battle game.
The best mini game is probably Soniclash, which is similar to beyblades. I love this game, and recommend it to anyone who has a Gba. Your bot, Emerald, is one you train with all the characters from the world of sonic, and after you fight a battle you usually get a move you can add to him, making Emerald with moves and colors from other characters.
All you need is a cord, and you can verse other people.
there is a robot in the game and you can get upgrades by beating the heck out of the other charactars.this is a cool game if you do not belive me buy for yourself. tell me now.Did you get that info. you just have to smile like this :-). but this game is pretty cool. Not to brag but i bought this game the day after it came out. Just buy this game for crying out loud. If you have had a sonic game before then you will see some normal charactars. And eggman is there like anyother sonic game.
This game rocks. The graphics are okay but you do get to run. how many times have i said that. All this info had better tought you to buy this game or else. But this game is cool. But if you get to eggman you will die.
Good thing this is not the hardest sonic game that has come out. I have had this game since chritmas and it is cool. it has minigame and most of them are 2 player games. Did you learn that or not. Well i do not want to talk to you all day. Well I can't say this is the first sonic game i have played.
I liked this game alot because you get to battle and all the charatars are sweet.It has alot of the normal charatars and more.
It's really fun to fight using Shadow, since he totally whips everyone. I am currently on Knuckles' chapter, and this is the turning point of the game, where the AI enemies gets tougher and smarter. There are several 'chapters' or something titled similarly, that you can play. First you play Sonic's chapter, then Tails', then Rouge, and so on. And the end gets pretty sad.
Like I'd spoil the story. That tough. I can tell you, It definitely lived up to my expectation, even exceeded them. Apparently, it grows stronger and smarter when given Chaos Emeralds, so Sonic dubs him 'Emerl' (Tails apparently found this to be awfully cheesy.and so did I). Um, yeah.anyway, then there's regular fight.
Totally fun. It's really cool, but the storyline gets more serious in later chapters, like Shadow, and finally, the fight against Eggman, where Emerl.Right. Plus, I had heard that there was a pretty good storyline. Either that, or maybe I'm just an awful gamer. The story starts out as Sonic finds a robot washed up on the beach. In Story mode you, (duh) play the storyline. I have died, like, about 10 times already, and still am. The games gets pretty frustrating.
Then, Sonic decides to teach the little guy to fight, and make him stronger. The battling was a LOT better than my original expectations. Or, then again, maybe it's just fun becuase I'm a fangirl. First, I'll tell you about Story Mode.
But, yeah, totally awesome. Either way, It's tough, and the story is good enough to keep me coming back. Pick a character and duke it out full time.
First of all, I am not usually a fan of fight games, but since it was Sonic, I decided to give it a shot. I don't think I've ever had this kind of fun in a fight game. Not a chance.
Anyway, I hope this review was helpful to you in some way. But, still, you get ambushed by three cannon-blasting robots who would love nothing more than to blow the fur off your character. I'm glad that Sonic Battle allowed me to widen my choices when it comes to game genres, or whatever you call them.
So, all in all, definitely worth the money, but I wouldn;t suggest it for really little kids. Later.
Even though I paid this no attention The ability to teleport (Now I wonder: Complete Dejavue With DBZ) after your opponet is batted away is messed up with Shadow, so I fixed it by teleporting (DBZstyle) then mashing A and then striking. my sister is beating me up because I said she is 13 going on 30) the attacks are great. This game has no flaws: the gameplay is cool there are plenty of characters, and (OW. This game rocks. I could not have dreamed for a better game to play while you would be stuck in a car with a girl who is 13 going on 30. 9.5/10 overall.
You can choose lots of charecters to play as and it so cool.
Also there is a new charecter in the game called Emrald who is a fighting robot that can copy pepoles moves which rocks.
Each chracter has a special abillty that you can use and take out your oponet.
I like to play the game when I am angrey so I can just take it all out.
There is blast and everything you need to make the perfect fighting game.

Defintilly a must buy Sonic fan or not.
Sonic fighters(A.K.A Sonic champship) was a arcade game that I once played at a arcade but this is 100 times better.
