Previously, I reviewed the Sonic Boom Alarm Clock (heart shape) and Extension cord. I must compliment this company for their polite and quick response. The company assured me it would be sent immediately, and I received it in 3 days. I had been upset as I was concerned I wouldn't get it in time for my daughter's birthday. When I had received the package there was "nothing" in it; however, since that time, I have talked with the company and they were very courteous and apologeticmistakes do happen.
The sweetheart clock look is cute but the plastic seems cheap but how much damage does an alarm clock need to take. Considering I live a lone and am a little bit of a scardy cat, I dont know If I want to wake up terrorfied. I awoke thinking either the house was falling down or someone literally was shaking me.
Anyway, I plugged it in and placed the bed vibrating thing between my matress and box spring and went to sleep. But the goal was accomplished I was awaken all adrenalin rushed and frazzled but I made it to work.early. The controls are small which is good that forces u to get up, turn on a light to turn it off.
Doesnt get better then that does it. I think they are a great price on amazon and they work and its cute. the display is bright but has a dimmer switch and it flashes when the alarm goes off.
Yeah I just recieved my Sweetheart sonic boom alarm clock and it actually came 2 days early(yeah) and was right on time since I have to work midnights tonight(Yuck). I have never owned an alarm clock that I actually used, since I am traditionally a light sleeper but now with my hectic lifestyle and the deep sleep deprived naps I take for rest I need something like this to wake up.
Furthermore, the vibrating attachment is awesome for putting under my pillow to give me that further nudge to get up. It has volume control which goes all the way up to an extremely loud level which guests have actually commented that they can hear on the opposite side of my home. It allows you to change the pitch of your alarm so that when you get used to one tone you can change it to a higher or lower pitch. Seriously, before I bought this alarm I had to have 3 different alarms go off to wake me up. This one is awesome.
Our two other kids have this clock (the regular black ones) and they seem fine. The clock runs way way fast. The pink heart seems to be junk and would like to know how to get it replaced.
You cannot sleep through this alarm. The features that Sonic Boom included are also really great (24 hour option, alarm off button instead of a switch, easy to find snooze); and make this project well worth the purchase price. Seriously.
