While the case can be somewhat big if you're throwing it in a purse or pocket, the protection the case provides is a fair tradeoff. I bought this accessory kit as part of a gift and the feedback has been great. The rechargable batteries have held up well for the past year.
The charger is compact and the prongs rotate inside when not in use. The case is well made and has just the right amount of space. This is a great combo and a great value. The batteries last a long time between charges.
The accessory kit came with two additional batteries. it easy to charge the backup batteries while still using my camera. The charger kit was hard to find but it is totally worth buying. This make.
I ordered the Sony Accessory kit for my camera and it came with a case and the battery charger, but not the cord as shown in the picture. It's hard when there isn't a detailed item description in writing of what you get, you have to rely on the picture of the goods and it wasn't accurate.
IT CERTAINLY COMES IN HANDLY, TO HAVE ALL THE POCKETS AND ALL, BUT IT IS QUITE BULKY.
