Returned unopened. This item would have been great, had we not read that it would work at 110 (USA) and 220 (European) electric current.and we wanted it for travel purposes. It was convenient to read before opening that the product would not fulfill what was written in the online product description.
Having this unit with both a car charger and standard outlet charger cords makes it very handy. I wonder about it's design that lets you charge 4 AA but only 2 AAA batteries, but so far it meets my needs.
The 12 VDC adaptor for recharging batteries in the car is a plus. This charger for AA Ni-MH batteries is comparable in function to other similar products. Although the product was advertised as a "quick" charger, it still takes 5 hours to fully recharge a set of four 2500 mAh Ni-MH AA batteries.
Compré este cargador y cargué 4 pilas Sony. Me parece una excelente adquisición. y todavía están funcionando. He tomado cerca de 200 fotos con el primer juego de 2 pilas.
this will not work in europe or other places that have 220V. Contrary to product detail, it is only 110 V.
