But Electronics Express sent the camera in the original package, and just slapped some packaging tape and a shipping label on it. What a tremendously dumb decision. The camera (if it works like the one my m-i-l has) is great. I'm surprised that the camera even arrived as every postal worker that touched the box would know what was inside. I ordered this camera package as a Christmas gift for my wife. Our old camera had fallen and broke, so we'd been borrowing one from my mother-in-law. The surprise is ruined. But this deal looked like a great way to replace it, and score points for a Christmas gift.
lol. So I automatically set out to get another. The advanced Sony Super HAD (Hole Accumulated Diode) CCD design allows more light to pass to each pixel, increasing sensitivity and reducing noise.
Of coarse I chose the pink. It takes fabulous pictures in normal lighting. unfortunately It fell out of my purse and crash to the ground. It took me a while to figure out how to cut that annoying feature off. InstantlyI was not a fan of the menu. Carl Zeiss 4x Optical Zoom Lens is great for sharp, detailed long shots and quickly frame images for better composition great for family sports, outdoor fun, and travel photos.
In poor lighting you can't see very well but that is expected. It also has Face Detection function is able to differentiate children and adults to set priority. I purchased this camera for the Smile Shutter technology. It was never the same. I had to actually break down and use the manual. But din't get me wrong that was the last of thusands of crashes. It captures smiles the moment they happen - without having to press shutter. I am also very pleased that the screen in the rear of the camera is huge and clear as a bell.
There has been several occasions that I have used my camera and my pictures have been requested the most. The mode can be set to capture when your subject laughs, smiles or even grins. For me that is virtually unheard of. First off I loved that I had a choice of colors (Pink, Black, Silver & Blue). & Believe me I am embarassed to actually admitt this fact.
com. Once you take enough pictures you will be able to capture whatever your heart desires. 7.2-megapixel gives you more detail and definition whenever you need big prints or for tight cropping. So Bad lighting situations are ideal for this camera. Thing that I hated most was the music. I love this camera and for about $179 this is a perfect gift.for more reviews NewLifeFromWisdom. With this camera I actually take better pictures in poor lighing. I owned a previous model of the Sony Cybershot that I absolutely loved. I have had the Sony Cybersot for about two months now. That was just the final one.
For the average photographer this all you will ever need. Great camera for the price.
I simply love this new camera. I highly recommend this camera. It can also take great pictures at night which my previous camera wasn't so good at. Like the smile shutter. It has so many new features that I love. Go and buy it if you want a great quality camera but don't feel that you want to spend a fortune on it.
