My 5 yr old loves Strawberry Shortcake so I thought she would love this game. It is probably one of her least favorite (she prefers nintendogs, cooking mama, smart girls and fashion designer) It has alot of reading and is not simple for her to play without my assistance.Unless you want to constantly read to them, don't buy it.
Kids love this game but it is so easy for it to get lost/misplaced because of its small size.
It's challanging but not too hard for her to play. My 7 year old received a ds lite for christmas along with some games. This by far is her favorite.
reminds me of my childhood and the box even smells like strawberries very fun and entertaining.
She likes it OK, but there is a lot of dialogue to read through before any games can be played. We bought this for our 5 year old daughter. We did have to sit with her the first several times to help her, but she has gotten the hang of it and can play most of the games by herself. That being said, she much prefers the New Super Mario Bros, and another Mario game, Princess Peach. These are much easier to play, and she just likes them better.
