I'm very pleased with this item. Less than an hour after I opened the box, I had the rack set up, my audio system was all arranged and plugged in, and I was enjoying my music. For the price, you can't go wrong. You can even purchase additional shelves if you want to add to it, and casters if you want to be able to roll it around. You looking for a good audio rack that won't cost you an arm and a leg. It's sturdy and attractive, is quickly and easily assembled (no tools required), and you can leave off the back panels to keep your audio components cooler. Go ahead and buy this.
I couldn't be happier with such a great AV stand. Put together in about 15 minutes and my equipment fits great on the shelves. This piece is very well built.
It does its job and looks good to boot. After looking all over the web at grossly overpriced A/V racks, I finally found this gem. Width is not a problem, though like I said, the amp is just a hair too long. I, like another reviewer, did not attach the back covers behind the shelves, mainly because I wanted maximum ventilation. I couldn't be happier with this product, especially at the price. Solid, stable shelves, simple construction with very small number of parts and carpet spikes are included. It fits all of my components, including a huge Emotiva LPA-1 amp (though it does hang a bit out the back).

The build materials are made of high quality steel and painted MDF. Aside from a stripped thread, this shelf system is very nice looking and functional. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Dimensions and configuration are suitable for an average a/v component mix.
