I can store a lot of trash in it and can still get the bag out with no problem's. Had this assembled in about five minutes. I may buy another one for the other patio. I wouldn't call this a design flaw, just don't try to cram to much in there. It works great, but as a few others have said, don't over fill it or the back is hard to remove.
We have had no problems with bags ripping as another reviewer mentioned and we tend to stuff ours pretty full. The back door is glass and I didn't like the idea of everyone seeing our trash can there. It was simple to put together and I really like the fact that the lid can lock in place so that my 3 year old cannot throw things in that should not be there. I was very pleased with both the look and size of this can. Overall very happy with the product and the shipping time and shipping price were excellent. We were looking for a trash can that did not look like the typical trash can to put in our back entryway.
I use it in my kitchen and it is perfect. It is indeed easy to assemble, it took me all of 10 minutes. One reviewer said that they have a hard time getting the bag out, this is not a problem for us at all. The lid locks which I really like and while it does not claim to minimize odor, I never smell the trash as long as the lid is down. I laugh at myself because I actually love this trash can. I use 33 gallon sized bags for this trash can. One of my favorite purchases from Amazon. It holds a lot of trash but does not look excessively bulky.
looks good no matter where you want to use it. Recommended where a larger size can is needed. Easy to assemble, and very sturdily built. Nice trash can.
I bought two of these (one for the pool area and one for the deck) and they look great and do the job. They're totally simple to put together (no tools). They've really come in handy for all of our outdoor parties and everyone wants to know where I got them. I 100% recommend these. I like the lock feature on the lid too.
