Suncast GS4000 Vertical Garden Shed, 60-cubic ft Reviews
I needed it to store brooms, mops, etc., as the only piace I have to put these items is on my deck and this helps me hide the stuff. I just wish it had come with a shelf but I'm happy with it anyway. This is a nice cabinet and costs less than any similar cabinets I could find locally. The pieces snapped together quickly.
Many of my pieces arrived significant warps. If we had bought this at a store, it would have gone back. It took my wife and I over 4 hours to assemble. The design is ok and the final product works well but Suncast needs to improve their quality or inspection for warped parts. We needed to use our putty knife collection to wedge the warped pieces together (one of us on each side of the each piece).
composter had withstood many years of use. we had a wind/rain storm a few months after I'd bought this shed. It blew over, fell forward and the top piece split in two.We threw it out. I've since purchased 3 rubbermaid sheds mainly because our rubbermaid. big mistake to buy anything. Suncast, they're very flimsy.
I got 2 of those in fact. It is really easy to put together and the product is sturdy. I'm not that much of a genius with my hands so I took the risk to assemble it myself. Way to go Amazon. One note about a bad exprience with this product: I had first ordered from Sears but the delivery guy destroyed the box before delivery, it took them 3 weeks to refund the money and I ended up paying about 30% on Amazon. I bought the second one a few weeks after the first one. The first one took almost a couple of hours and the second one about one hour all by myself.
Most important, I followed the instructions and read them through thorougly before starting to put it together. That alone kept me from making a boatload of possible mistakes. Fortunately, with the very carful use of a flathead screwdriver, I was able to disconnect the part without breaking the tab and got it positioned properly. This shed was perfect.just what I was looking for.
Parts are all marked, so it really was pretty easy once I got started. This is the largest product I've purchased over the internet to date, and I was wondering if it would show up with all the parts and pieces, and even be worth the trouble. My advice is to read the directions thoroughly, don't be in a hurry, and then enjoy the product of your work. Now my wife wants one for her potting and gardening stuff.
I had only one "oops" where I didn't pay attention to whether a part was totally in position before I locked it in. My concerns unfounded, thank goodness. I am very happy with the finished product. Quality, durable molded plastic.it took me only an hour or so to put it together by myself.
