As straightforward as it is affordable, Teac's stately, five-disc PD-D2410 CD changer plays all your CDs and recordable audio CDs (CD-R/CD-RW) in just about any context you can think of. Listen continuously (disc one to disc five), shuffle all tracks, program a string of favorites (up to 32 at once), or simply listen repeatedly (one track, all tracks, or program). The supplied full-function remote control lets you skip right to the disc or track you're after (10 direct-track keys). If you're unsure of the track number for the song you want to hear, just hit intro check and you'll be able to audition the opening of each track on each disc until you find the one you're after. The unit uses a fluorescent, multifunction display to show you disc and track number, total time, elapsed time, and remaining time. The PD-D2410 is Teac UR (Unified Remote) compatible, meaning you can hook it up with other Teac components for simplified operation from a single remote control. What's in the Box

I was able to remove the case cover and get to where the drive is and reset the entire unit to open/close, For the price, I am not sure if it is worth it to another purchaser. After carefully opening the box, I noticed the 'drawer' was not completely in. Luckily I have enough knowledge to repair such electronics. It would not go in or out after applying power and pushing the open/close button.
Great device for the price. It replaced a 15 year old Teac single CD player which has gone far beyond its useful life. I hope this one also performs for as long.
However, when I received the CD Player, I was extremely impressed. Thanks again. Karen Thacker The shipment was quick, the product seems to be in GREAT shape, etc., etc. When I ordered this product, I didn't know how long it would take to ship to me.
I bought this CD player probably about 10 years ago and it is still working. it's lasted me 10 years. I'm strongly considering buying another one of these units. I gave it 5 stars becuase it was reliable for SO long.
If you want to know about reliability, well. The quality of music is also excellent. The only problem is that it has started having a harder time reading CDs lately (but only occasionaly). I am not all that into features, all I know is that it has all the features I need.
Could be a result of age, or maybe it just needs a good cleaning. Either way I'm looking into just buying a new CD player because I lost the remote control to this unit a few years ago and am sick of not having one. Maybe a good CD player should last 20 years, but for the price this one deserves 5 stars.
took me 15 minutes to get a disc to play today.
it works fine when it feels like working.
look elsewhere.
shuffle option is poor and you'll need the remote to access any feature other than the standard- play.stop.next.
constant TOC error's but it seems to play burned cd-r's fine all the time though.
but more often then not it wont play cd's that it just played the day prior, etc.
first off - avoid this product.
