Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines Reviews

The game reminds me of Max Panye, if Panye was a cyborg. Thats life.

I bought it and I knew that alot of people said this game was not worth it. Yes, the remember your password part is annoying.

Alot of Gameboy Advance games have that feature and it sucks. I played it and I highly enjoyed the game.

Terminator 3 was a lowly rated game.

The game is easy and fun and 2 1/2 stars doesnt really fit it. Very fun game if you just want to go around and shoot people.

It scared my friend out of his wits. but most freakiest part is your bloody red eye. Other than that, this is a greatt game, and I recomend it for people who like adventure, sweat, and bravery. and shows your robotic head, all bloody, rusted, and stuff. This game is really cool, considering the guns and gadgets, but 1: It's too hard, 2: you have to remember the passwords because you can't save, and 3:when you die, it says "you're terminated".

Playing as the T-101, you basically run and gun your way through out the whole game; what's funny is that a punch from good 'ol Ah-nold can actually do more damage than some of his guns. Not to mention that the guns you get to use are either under or over powered. Once again, substandard licensed video games are being released for all the major systems, and once again, the GBA version turns out to be the best one. The single player mode is entirely too easy, while the multiplayer mode (where you can play capture the flag) is a nice extra, it doesn't really add much to the overall package. Thanks to the isometric point of view lining up your target is difficult if your not using a gun with a wide firing range. Atari's Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines for the GBA plays as a third person shooter on an isometric point of view. All in all, if a bit more time and effort had been put into it, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines for the GBA would have been worth picking up for Terminator fans, but this is better off left on the shelf. The controls are somewhat simplistic to learn, but the graphics are a bit below the usual GBA norm.

Rule of thumb for franchise games: The name on the franchise will sell the game. So the game doesn't have to be quality. Instead, this game gives you 10 or 12 shots of an SMG from time to time, and that runs out given the swarms of enemies you have to face. And since this game is completely linear, with only one level (.). Your default weapon is a single-shot handgun that fires white pellets. When I play a Terminator, I'd like to have a large arsenal to fulfill my most macho Gov.

The prospect of playing as the baddie Terminatrix of the film was tempting, but the game mode isn't available on first play.Shame on you, Atari, for producing a crappy game and selling it with the Terminator name. The map designs look identical and are highly uninteresting to navigate through. available to you upon first play, if you get stuck on one level, there's no more game to play. Even WTA Tennis Tournament and Buffy the Vampire Slayer had save-game features. No saved games on the cartridge, but instead an outdated password system that requires you to jot down notes. Schwarzenegger-style action fantasies.

Get the player to put down the cash; too bad if they complain later that the game is no good. This game feels antiquated. The pacing and control response are all right, but given the uninteresting arsenal, I just can't be bothered to care much. There have been worse franchise and shooter games, but this one deserves extra criticism because it could have been a great game.
