The Calorie King Food & Exercise Journal Reviews
I have tried several but find this one fits into any plan I follow and its small size makes it portable. Edith With this tool I am less likely to cheat or sabotage myself. I find this journal to be of great help.
The only improvement I would suggest is to separate the carbohydrate/protein column into two separate columns since tracking both biomolecules are important to ones diet composition. It has useful nutrition facts and is a great little companion. This is a useful food journal that is small enough to fit in your purse.
Condition was very good, but the book itself is not worth the cost plus shipping.
I needed something that I could take with me everywhere that fit in my purse. Not only does it allow you to portably record calories fat and carbs, but it also has a mini calorie reference section in the back, and an informational section in the front that helps you create realistic goals for yourself. This is perfect. Online journals weren't portable, and plain notebooks took too much work to make daily columns and pages. I highly recommend this booklet. It also has charts and graphs that you fill in at the end of each week to see how you're doing. While I knew that recording my calorie intake and expenditure daily would help me to lose weight, I could never get into the habit of it.
Overall this book/journal does what it advertises - provides a convienant way to keep track of your food intake. I wish the front & back cover were a little more discreet though - I don't need everyone to know that I'm tracking my food intake.
