I gave this CD away as a gift, so I can't comment on the actual content. However, it did arrive quickly and in good condition.
Great for background music in a childs playroom, etc. Love the music and the children's voices, but each song does sound a bit like the other.
Needless to say, I am really glad I found this one. I don't particularly like the children's CDs with adult voices because I think it sounds cheesy (unless its Julie Andrews- only exception). My son's face lights up when I play this CD in the car. I like the variety of songs and children's voices.
I got this CD for my daughter on her 1st birthday. I like the fact that all the songs are sung by kids. Although some songs were repeat from her other CD, it has different lyrics and helps me combine all the different versus when I sing back the song to my daughter. She listens to it daily on her way to day care and enjoys it everytime. She loves it.
I have a almost 5 year old, 2 1/2 year old and a 7 month old. I mainly bought it for my 2 1/2 year old girl because she loves to sing. I even found him singing along with a few songs. Quite a miracle for him.
What was surprising was that my almost 5 year old enjoyed it too. She obviously loves it and has fun trying to sing with all of the songs. I looked a long time for a children's CD that had actual kids' voices, but was understandable and inexpensive. It was definitely worth the few dollars I paid for it.
He has Aspergers (a form of autism) and often gets upset when I put new music on. The most surprising thing though was that I enjoyed it too and found myself singing along. The songs brought back a lot of great memories when I was a kid and I even learned a few new songs. This is definitely a cheap way to keep your kids entertained without the TV.
