It is a great laptop at a great price: Webcam, Dual Core Pentium, 4GB RAM,.etc. This is the second Toshiba Satellite I have purchased. However, I wish it had S-video or HDMI or something to easily connect it to my flat screen TV. This one did everything I needed it to do and it is really light. The first one I got in 1989 and it still works (thus, I trust their products).
Its a great pc for even my most intensive programs. It hasn,t been off since that day. As soon as I got this laptop i put it to work.
And what about the price, it is a bargain. Toshiba is the best in laptop computers, my first laptop is a Toshiba, and with 5 years of use it is still running like new, I just replaced it with this one to be updated and I have no complains about it, it is even better than the first one.
I bought this laptop for Christmas and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. Great for the price. My sister got a kick out of it. It's a little heavier than usual and it does get a bit warm but nothing that will burn your legs off. The webcam and microphone work great and the extra effects you can add to the webcam are creative and funny. I recommend this purchase. The wireless n card works great, and even though I'm no Windows Vista fan, it loads very fast and didn't come preloaded with 100s of annoying free trials.
Don't know how I got along without it. Everyday I am amazed at the ease of use and all the things it can do. This is an awesome machine.
